1. The promotion is open exclusively to all GREAT REWARDS MEMBERS from 8 Nov 24 to 1 Jan 25, unless otherwise stated.

2. CITI MASTERCARD EXCLUSIVE: ONE (1) $15 GREAT REWARDS E-VOUCHER
a) With a min. spend of $150 charged to eligible Citi Mastercard Credit / Debit Card.
b) Present original same-day receipt(s), corresponding charge slip(s) and eligible Citi Mastercard Credit/ Debit card(s) for redemption on the same day of purchase at Customer Service Counter, Level 3.
c) Name on Citi Mastercard Credit/ Debit Card must be the same as the member’s name in Great Rewards.
d) Limited to first 500 redemptions, one redemption per day, per Citi Mastercard.
e) Promotion is mutually exclusive from Mastercard Exclusive $300 and $500 tier.

3. MASTERCARD EXCLUSIVE (9 NOV – 27 DEC 24): ONE (1) $30 GREAT REWARDS E-VOUCHER
a) With a min. spend of $300 charged to eligible Mastercard Credit/ Debit card(s).
b) Present original same-day receipt(s), corresponding charge slip(s) and eligible Mastercard Credit/ Debit card(s) for redemption on the same day of purchase at Customer Service Counter, Level 3.
c) Name on Mastercard Credit/ Debit Card must be the same as the member’s name in Great Rewards.
d) Limited to first 100 redemptions per week, one redemption per day, per Mastercard from:

5. SANTA’S MAGICAL ELEVATOR: ONE (1) EXPRESS PASS
a) With a min. spend of $60 on event dates.
b) Present original same-day receipt(s) at Level 1, Atrium for redemption.
c) Location: Level 1 Atrium, Near PAUL
d) Elevator operating dates: 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 & 25 Dec 24
e) Elevator operating hours: 12pm – 9pm (Note: The elevator will not be in operation on Saturdays and Sundays from 4pm – 5pm)
f) Limited to first 100 redemptions per day, check for available slots at the event venue.

6. FUN O’CLOCK AFTER 5PM: ONE (1) JOLLY FUN RIDE
a) With 100 Great Rewards Points.
b) Redeemable via Great Rewards App from 8 Nov – 31 Dec 24.
c) Present e-Voucher at Whimsy Land, #03-142 to exchange for a ride pass.
d) Limited to first 70 redemptions per month in Nov & Dec 24.
e) Limited to 2 e-Voucher per Great Rewards Member per day.
f) Location: Level 1 Outdoor Area between Tanglin Mall and JEN Hotel
g) Rides operating hours: 5pm – 9pm

7. FUN O’CLOCK AFTER 5PM: ONE (1) CRAFT PASS – DECK THE SANTA’S HOUSE
a) With 100 Great Rewards Points.
b) Redeemable via Great Rewards App from 8 – 30 Nov 24.
c) Limited to 2 e-Voucher per Great Rewards Member per session.
d) Limited to first 10 redemptions per session.
e) Recommended age: 7 to 16 years old
f) Location: Whimsy Land, #03-142
g) Date: 16, 23, 30 Nov 24
h) Time: 5pm (Reporting time: 4.45pm)

8. FUN O’CLOCK AFTER 5PM: ONE (1) CRAFT PASS – CONFETTI ORNAMENTS
a) With 100 Great Rewards Points.
b) Redeemable via Great Rewards App from 8 Nov – 1 Dec 24.
c) Limited to 2 e-Voucher per Great Rewards Member per session.
d) Limited to first 10 redemptions per session.
e) Recommended age: 4 to 12 years old
f) Location: Impressions Kids Club, #03-136
g) Date: 17, 24 Nov & 1 Dec 24
h) Time: 5pm (Reporting time: 4.45pm)

9. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per member per day, unless otherwise stated. While stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis.

10. No limit to the no. of combined same-day receipts, each full payment receipt must be $20 and above unless otherwise stated.

11. Not valid in conjunction with other campaigns and promotional redemptions, unless otherwise stated.

12. Retailers and retailers’ staff at Tanglin Mall are NOT eligible to participate in campaign redemptions.

13. All members must be physically present in person with their member QR in Great Rewards mobile app or provide their Singapore-registered mobile phone number for registration and verification purposes to take part in all redemptions.

14. All must be made on the same day of purchase at the Level 3 Customer Service Counter from 10.00am – 9.00pm, unless otherwise stated. Any receipts submitted thereafter will not be accepted.

15. All receipts must be uploaded no later than the next day of purchase (2359hrs). For example, if the receipt is dated 8 November 2024, the receipt must be uploaded no later than 9 November 2024, 2359hrs.

16. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers in Tanglin Mall are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.

17. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards Vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, AXS/SAM payment stations, ATMs, credit card slips, Cash Card top up, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, partial/deposit payment, currency exchange, lottery purchase, pushcart and non-retailer atrium vendors will not be accepted.

18. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.

19. All e-Vouchers redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

21. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.

22. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.

23. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
