  1. The promotion is open exclusively to all GREAT REWARDS MEMBERS from 3 Jan to 12 Feb 25, unless otherwise stated.
  2. CITI CARDS EXCLUSIVE: ONE (1) $15 GREAT REWARDS E-VOUCHER
    a) With a min. spend of $168 charged to eligible Citi Credit / Debit Card.
    b) Present original same-day receipt(s), corresponding charge slip(s) and eligible Citi Credit/Debit card(s) for redemption on the same day of purchase at
    Customer Service Counter, Level 3.
    c) Name on Citi Credit/Debit Card must be the same as the member’s name in
    Great Rewards.
    d) Limited redemptions available.
    e) Limited to one redemption per day, per Citi Cardmember.

    a) With 100 Great Rewards Points.
    b) Redeemable via Great Rewards App from 3 – 19 Jan 25.
    c) Limited to 2 e-Voucher per Great Rewards Member per session.
    d) Limited to first 20 redemptions per session.

    h) Time: 2.30pm (Reporting time: 2pm)
  4. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per member per day, unless otherwise stated. While stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. No limit to the no. of combined same-day receipts, each full payment receipt must be $20 and above unless otherwise stated.
  6. Not valid in conjunction with other campaigns and promotional redemptions, unless otherwise stated.
  7. Retailers and retailers’ staff at Tanglin Mall are NOT eligible to participate in campaign redemptions.
  8. All members must be physically present in person with their member QR in Great Rewards mobile app or provide their Singapore-registered mobile phone number for registration and verification purposes to take part in all redemptions.
  9. All must be made on the same day of purchase at the Level 3 Customer Service Counter from 10.00am – 9.00pm, unless otherwise stated. Any receipts submitted thereafter will not be accepted.
  10. All receipts must be uploaded no later than the next day of purchase (2359hrs). For example, if the receipt is dated 3 January 2025, the receipt must be uploaded no later than 4 January 2025, 2359hrs.
  11. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers in Tanglin Mall are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.
  12. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards Vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, AXS/SAM payment stations, ATMs, credit card slips, Cash Card top up, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, partial/deposit payment, currency exchange, lottery purchase, pushcart and non-retailer atrium vendors will not be accepted.
  13. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.
  14. All e-Vouchers redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

  16. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.
  17. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.
  18. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
