The Little Farms Easter Roast highlights responsibly sourced produce, slow-roasted to perfection. The menu features a Slow-Roasted Roaring Forties Leg of Lamb, infused with rosemary, garlic, and cumin, served with mint jelly as well as a Lemon & Thyme Whole Chicken Leg paired with a rich pan gravy. Roaring Forties Lamb is named after the strong westerly winds from Antarctica, which create a temperate climate ideal for premium lamb production in Southern Victoria and Tasmania. Served with Roasted Heirloom Carrots finished with hazelnut dukkah and Italian parsley as well as a Golden Yorkshire Pudding and a refreshing Little Farms Garden Salad.
Priced at $48++ per person, this special Easter Brunch is available exclusively on 19 and 20 April 11am and onwards at all Little Farms restaurants.
